1-1/2" x8 Dia. Axial Grooved Rolls.
All polished Stainless Steel contact parts.
Roll Drive: 3/1-1/2 HP 3 PH-60 HZ-208 Volt.
Roll Speeds 5 and 10 RPM.
Feed Auger Volt-1800/900 RPM belted to a Winsmith gear reducer planetary type 131.7.1 Reduction.
Feed Auger: 1-1/2" Dia. Single Flight with additional larger flight for pre compression.
Auger Drive: 1 HP DC Variable speed direct connected to gear reducer.
Auger Speed 300 RPM.
Air over oil booster system to (2) hydraulic cylinders, maximum roll separation force of 26,000#.
80 PSI plant air required.
Operator control panel for both motors, ampmeters, start/stop buttons, air regulator, air and oil pressure gauges, and oil system refill selector.
NEMA 12 Cabinet, 304 Stainless Steel construction.
Electrical control cabinet on rear of machine in NEMA 12 Cabinet.
